iMini update crackle fix

For all iMini users & abusers we recommend saving all your unsaved iMini presets before updating to Tabletop 2.3, due to the following issue.

The first time that a session with two iMinis created in Tabletop 2.2 is opened in Tabletop 2.3, some iMini presets don't seem to load properly at first and may crackle or be inaudible. Don't fret! Luckily this isn't a recurring issue and there are two easy fixes: 

• Save & close the session, then reopen, or 
• Reload the iMini preset that is misbehaving. 

If you do have unsaved iMini presets, however, you could possibly lose them because of this, so we just wanted to make sure this doesn't happen to you. Things like automation and user presets are carried over with no problem, and once you've reopened the project, the issue disappears, so you should be back to 'rinsing it out' in no time in the new & improved 2.3.
